10:30 – 11:00: Sound equipment set up and test
11:00 – 11:20: All participants arrive and set up their music stands, keyboards, music books, etc., then report to the green room across from the ballroom. Please make sure your instrument is tuned up and complete any practicing you feel is necessary in the greenroom before the performance. We’ll finalize all the details of the performance.
11:25 – 12:15: SIRs meeting begins and meals are served and eaten.
~12:00: We will enter the ballroom and take our seats.
12:15: The meeting will resume (we will sit quietly)
12:15 – 12:25: A short presentation by a SIRs member about travel opportunities.
12:25 – 1:10: We perform (note only 45 minutes)
1:10 – 1:20: Activity Announcements
1:20: Songster sing “God Bless America” and we will accompany
1:30: Adjourn
